Accessibility and Inclusion

We want everyone to be able to enjoy DrupalCamp Spain 2026. If you have any accessibility needs, write to us at drupalcamp [at] drupal.es (drupalcamp[at]drupal[dot]es) before the event and we'll do our best to meet them.

The venue

Talent Garden Madrid has an accessible entrance, an elevator between floors and accessible restrooms. If you use a wheelchair or need any adjustments (for example, a reserved space in the rooms), let us know and we'll get it ready.

Accessible transport

  • Not all metro stations have elevators. Near the venue, Arganzuela-Planetario (L6), Delicias and Palos de la Frontera (L3) have elevators. Méndez Álvaro metro station (L6) is not accessible, but the Cercanías station is. Check elevator status on the Metro de Madrid website.
  • EMT buses are low-floor and have a ramp.
  • Renfe offers free assistance at stations for people with disabilities or reduced mobility (the "Atendo" service), which must be requested in advance.

During the event

  • The talks will be recorded, so you can watch them later at your own pace.
  • The talks are mainly in Spanish; any talks in English will be marked in the schedule.
  • Meals include options for special diets and allergies: let us know when you buy your ticket.
  • If you need a quiet space or a nursing room, write to us and we'll arrange it.

Code of conduct

DrupalCamp is a safe and inclusive space. Read the Code of Conduct and, if you witness or experience any inappropriate behavior, contact the organizing team.

During the event, approach any member of the organizing team or write to drupalcamp [at] drupal.es (drupalcamp[at]drupal[dot]es). The Code of Conduct page also lists the contact people for urgent cases.
